The scent of the deep west

Grown in the western Sicily and recognised around the world for its fresh smell and versatility in cooking

Product origin

Extracted from "Nocellara del Belice” a cultivar typical of province of Trapani in Sicily, recognised DOP since 1998. This extra virgin olive oil has a scent of freshly pressed olives with hints of green tomato and artichoke. The flavour is strong, with a pleasant combination of almond and spicy notes. It can be used for many dishes and it’s equally good when used raw as condiment or at hot temperature in cooking. Harvested between September and October it has  pressed at cold temperature to preserve its high concentrate of Polyphenols
