A MILESTONE OF THE ITALIAN CUISINE

A dish typical of Northern Italy created to tribute the local tradition

product origin

Made with Carnaroli rice which is considered the best rice for risotto. Produced in Piedmont, the most famous region in Italy for rice cultivation. Here the characteristics of the territory and the craftsmanship ability of the people working in the production allow to obtain a compact white rice, high in nutrients and, when cooking, particularly good in absorbing the seasonings and resisting the heat. Thanks to the strong relationship with the territory and the tradition that the Alfieri selection of Risottos is created, according the classic recipes and using exclusively local ingredients. The result is an outstanding product, able to satisfy the finest palate
